Cannot delete file on laptop?

All the information:


the file is a video .ivr


it says internet recording and it doesn't play


its 80 MB


i'm pretty sure it's not a virus


when I delete it it says discovering items


I made a shortcut to the file and that won't delete either


I downloaded a program called moveonboot and it says preparing data and doesn't load


my laptop has windows 7





Please help me delete it

At the bottom of the page is also one that is Portable, meaning, it does NOT


have to be installed.





It says it only supports up to Vista but I have used it on my Windows 7 and it


still works fine.





You will have to right click on the file and Run as Administrator when you


run it, or it won't do its job.
