Call centre script?

does anyone have standard template of "IVR script "for phone banking?|||Just call Capital One (the credit card company). The automated system will come on right away and you can record the call. Select the menu items one at a time and return to the main menu. Then you will have a pretty good idea on how to create your script.|||nope sorry.thnks for the 2points though
