can someone please shed some light on this please, because i have no clue when im getting my laptop. im worried it will come after christmas, my estimate delivery date is the 21st of December.
Thankyou in advancee.|||Looks like it's gotten to a shipping hub, after which it needs to get handed off to someone else for delivery -- a quick internet search appears to indicate it would normally proceed to something like Royal Mail, Business Post, etc. from that hub. That may happen tomorrow, or it might take a couple days to get to that point.
Since it's already after the 16th, that scheduled delivery date may mean when it was expected to get handed off to the delivery service.
Basically your item has made it from China to a local shipping hub, and needs to get handed off to whomever your delivery service is. And the closer you are to Hinckley, likely the faster you'd receive it. Assuming it's already in your country and you're not that far from the hub, I'd be surprised if you didn't have it on or before your estimated delivery date.
In my experience with Dell, those delivery dates can move around a bit as things are still getting assembled, but I don't think I've had anything yet arrive after the date indicated once something has actually entered the shipping process like this. You're largely at the whims of the local delivery service at this point.
