im 16 years old 5'7 159lb male working out
the past 2 days ivr ran a total of 3 1/3 miles and walked the other 2/3rds
i have some 10lb dumbells and 20lb dumbells
how many reps should i do
also i want to get a 4 or 6 pack im doing the running to try to burn off a little fat
how many cruches should i do in 1 day?|||ahh man go to gym |||do as many reps as you can, then do 20 more, same with crunches do as many as you can then do 50 more|||well since you only have 10 lb %26amp; 20 lb dumbells ,try sets of 3 sets of 15 reps with each ,if you get at set of 25lb dumbells in the near future then add another 3 sets. As far as getting your six pack, you need to do crunches start with 3 sets of 25 reps,side crunches 3 sets of 25 , sit ups 3 sets of 25 ,truck bends 3x25 ,side bends 3x25, knee raises 3x25,leg raises 3x25, Jack knife 3x25 you will get your abs eventually if you stick to this exercises and feel free toincrease sets and reps every other week
