Apple ipod touch home button wont work?

hi thare my ipod touch home button dosent work when i press it it seems to not work ive reset it and evething ive tried to call apple but thare store is closed i would like to sort this out tonight if i could ive plugged this into my laptop but seems to not work it not jailbroken so thare no reason why this dosent work im pulling my hair out with this this is the 2nd ipod this year ive had all the ipod touch i have brack down within 2 months but ivr never dropped any of them scrach any of them i relly sont know wot to do the ipod touch im using is the 2nd gen anyhelp would we wonderfull thanks ryan|||Sounds like an Apple issue. If you tried, holding home %26amp; off button for 10 or so seconds and nothing. If you plug into usb while holding home button and nothing. And if you tried restoring factory settings on iTunes , and nothing, I'd go to Apple. These new firm ware and updates have been causing problems.|||It's a hardware problem so go to the repairing center.
