So far I have heard options, then entered a number so that it appears in the "type a name or phone number" field. However when I press enter it assumes a number from my address book and places another call to that contact in my address book. It's bad. If I do nothing during my call then it eventually gets to the end of the IVR message and hasn't recognized a selection--so this system hangs up on me. Blahgh!|||Try VoipRaider.com, Nonoh.net instead.
