i think it's adorable.


my mother thinks it's a little strange.


is her fashion sense off, or is mine?


...my taste is a little strange, but in a nice artsy sort of way.


i don't have any friends who are girls so i need opinions. lots of them.


if it wasn't too expensive i would just buy it anyway, but it's $280.49 (and that's 60% off at bluefly)


my parents would probably give me a hundred bucks towards it for x-mas but $180 is still more than i make in a week... not that that's stopped me before... :P





i need a dress to go to a party in ny with my dad this weekend, so if i don't get this i'll prolly end up getting this:

it's a bit more affordable at $49.50 but it's delia's which means the quality is probably in the toilet and i can't see myself wearing it more than twice (if it lasts that long). the grey one i could probably get away with wearing to interviews and family occasions for awhile. especially because i already have these shoes:

lurve those shoes, even if they do make me 6'1".

Grey dress Pros: Cute! neutral color so you can wear it with any color accessories, you can dress it down by wearing leggings tights or even skinny jeans underneath it. This dress is much better for wearing during the wintertime.


Cons: really expensive!!





Pink dress pros: Inexpensive! Cute and feminine!


Cons: looks like a summer dress, less formal, low quality. You have to be matchy since its not a neutral color!





Get the spendy one! my mother always says "buy cheap - buy twice" |||No offense, I wouldn't wear any of it.

If you already have those shoes they are perfect with the first dress|||not worth it at all. you say this is something you could wear to an interview? absolutely not! invest your money in a classic little black dress that you can accessorize and make it colorful with shoes, bag, jewelry, etc. and with a little black dress, no one will know the brand because its just a little black dress. save yourself the money.|||both of these dresses are gorgeous!

But, the only person who ca tell you if its worth it or not is urself. If you think you'll wear it more than once, than go ahead and get it!!! But, if you cant see yourself wearing it, dont buy it.
