How bad is a CRP count of 190?

Hubby recently had very high fevers %26amp; stomach pain, we though he had food poisoning, but rushed him to a Dr. a day later who suspected it might be his gallbladder / appendix %26amp; sent him for blood tests. The tests came back with a CRP of 190. He went for an ultrasound and they suspected that it was his gallbladder as they found 2 stones. He was admitted %26amp; was on IVR antibiotics %26amp; anti-inflammatories on Saturday and Sunday. The surgeon wanted to operate on Wed to remove the gallbladder, but unfortunately Hubby has to travel back hom today (Monday). How urgent do you think it is to remove the gallbladder when he gets back home?|||Very. A CRP of 190 is very high.

He needs to see a local surgeon.
