my boyrfirends uipod ahs been broken for about maybe three years and he gave it to me to see if i could fix it and so this ipod pops up with a sad face and clicks and a supportl link but ive been looking up how to fix it and ive tried the slap your hand to it , may i add you my wrist are hurting now lol ivr tried droping it and slaming it onto the table like every said that i read on , it all worked for then,.... if i could have help on this asap it would be amazing becuase i wannt to fix it for my boyfriend and surprise him. any methods and beating up ipod methods would be helpfull thank you!|||The ipod is toast, it's hard drive is bad. Time for a new one...|||put it on hold then hold in both the centre button and the upper button on the wheel(menu) then flick the hold switch off Again whilst holding the buttons.after 20 seconds there will be an apple logo on screen . let go of the buttons and after 30 seconds or so it will bring the ipod back to life.
