Help with Japanese translation?

I am trying to translate a short script for an IVR phone recording. It's intended for those who do not speak English. I have the script written in Japanese input characters, because it seems to look more professional this way. I also have what I intended to say from English in parenthesis. Please let me know of any suggestions or corrections to make:
