i ordered my dell laptop on the 06/12/2009 and it still hasnt come which is abit worrying.. but here's what im confused about, when i track my order it says this..

the top one is really confusing me, its suppose to be delivered tomorrow but surely it wont be if it says "in-complete". its getting closer and closer to xmas and im getting concerned that is wont come in time.
can someone please tell me what it means?

If it is from the shipping company (e.g. UPS, Fed-Ex), contact them. We have no way of knowing the details, the companies involved do.
