"real player downloads" is empty??

I used real player in order to download a video from some website, I wanted to put it on Youtube, but the video is .ivr, so I decided to convert it to .wmv. So I opened the SmartSoft video converter, I clicked "add file" (so I can convert it to .wmv), then this little box popped up, and I clicked on the icon that says "real player downloads" .....there was nothing there!!!!! help?|||Don't be a tool. Abandon Real and switch to a freeware player like Media Player Classic. To find videos, use a torrent.
