Im 14 and a half and iv got manboobs. plz help..?

hey. im 14 and a half and ive got man boobs. im 5' 7 and i weigh 56 kg overall ivr got stomach fat, manboobs and a bit of thigh fat. are there any particular exercises that will reduce my overall fat? so far ive been going for a 1.6km run every morning, coming back home, then doing at least 20 pushups and 20 situps. then coming back from school and riding my bike about 4km. also my diet is not on the healthy side and i would like to know what i should not and should be eating.





Any Help Would Really Be Apreciated.|||damn you do all that ? at fouteen? they must really be picking on you, eat smaller meals it works and drink alot more water with your meals helps you get full faster, and when your fll stop eating lol also i hate saying this cuz its nasty but if you have a "bowl movement"(tak a sh*t) twice a day your suppose to lose weight, and if some says something to you about your weight, dnt hesitate to fight, once you fight your not a b*tch any more and they will think before they say something to you again, you dnt have to win just hurt him enough so he rembers, no hitting the balls that thats a p*ssy move|||first of all... dont put so much pressure on ur self. ur 14 u still got some baby fat!! but if u rlly thynk you are a lil over wait ten do the following





fiz ur diet...less carbs and calories!! there are lots of awesome healthy food tht u cn eat!!





sits ups are better then push ups they will make u get a more flat stomach!! pushups just make u tired and make ur arms look hela skinny





all u gotta do for ur bike is ride round the block at least 3 times!! dnt push ur self TO MUCH ur 14 member???





to get rid of ur thigh fat rlly ride ur bike and do leg streches and calf streaches tht shood help to :D
