How do I contact Amazon Customer Sevices by phone?

This is really ticking me off. I ordered an expensive DVD set to be deliverd to the US. This morning I logged onto Amazon and got a red message saying my order was no longer available from the seller. So I went and found a more expensive Amazon associate seller and orderd it from them instead. Tonight I get emails from the original order company directly saying they've dispatched it! And then another from the 2nd company saying they have too! i would never have ordered a 2nd if Amazon hadn't sent me a message saying I couldn't have the first one! I try to get thru to Amazon customer services and it ain't available right now due to a problem with Windows!!!!1 WTF? So how do I actually get in touch with them fast to finf out which associate HAS actually sold to me. Also, when I log on to My Account...there are NO outstanding orders, despite the fact I also have 2 books on order!!!!
