I want to Replace my Hard Line, Fax, Internet and 800 IVR total out of pocket 80+10+60+25=$175 per month and switch to High Speed Cable 786Up %26amp; 4mb down for $60 %26amp; 40 (Vonage) I hope not only to save $75 a month but have better service... Any Information would be great the tough part is the IVR where I need 100 Ext Mirrored x 4|||I think you can get help from this link if you need an economical VoIP services.

http://www.thresholdcommunications.com|||Note that fax doesn't work reliably with any VoIP service. I found that out the hard way. What I ended up using was VoIP service from viatalk.com and fax service from FaxLogic (fax-to-email, email-to-fax, and all the usual features, but also a special ATA that lets me use my Brother and HP all-in-one's as regular fax machines). I've had both for over a year and have found them both to be reliable and work as advertised. But note that none of these services will work well if you don't have a solid Internet connection (I use Verizon FiOS, but I've also used DSL in the past with no problems).|||where are you that you are paying so much for such a slow connection?

I get 15up/5down for something like $40-50/mo

vonage is more of a residential phone service provider, not a business provider, so not sure how you

would be able to set up your IVR, but not sure how you expect to get 100 extensions so cheap...

as for skype, i would not recommend using the consumer grade version of skype, they have skype for business that uses SIP, but i have no experience with skypes SIP offering so i can not recommend one way or the other for or against it..|||I personally don't like Vonage as they charge too much. I kicked out SBC over a year ago and am now using BroadVoice as my only phone! I pay $9.99 a month for Unlimited In-State calling. The rest of the US is something like 4 cents a minute. What I really got it for was for International. I call Japan for 3 cents a minute... Can't beat that. There is a onetime setup fee of $39.95.

BroadVoice

http://www.broadvoice.com|||Go with Broadvoice, Vonage is a joke. You can use your own ATA if you like to save money you don't get INDIA when you call, and it works! I've had them for over 5yrs now without an issue.|||try this bestmvoip.com
