My 20 year old daughter has been reduced to tears through Npowers failure to turn up to replace her meter 3 times, numerous other cancellations and hours spent on the phone. She is at University studying Biomedicine and should not keep having to waste days whilst Customer Sevices and complaints just TALK -- Sorry for the rant she is miles away and I cant hug her / do anything to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have tried offwatcg and Energen - Npower just seem to ignore them too. Tried writing, Tried emailing, talking nicely, shouting nothing gets us anywhere.|||OMG sorry i tried this to want through the same crap So I know hw she feels. SO i did something about it. I stopped paying them and switched everything over I now have the best company in UK.
I have one bill, its a english yes english person on the end of the phone I love them I joined them through this website and even got shares now in the company eventually cause I found so many people going through the same stuff.
