I have Cable / Internet sevices in collections (~$350). TO DATE Updates Monthly as in collections not paid

I have GAS Utility Bill (~$136)- In collections until 2005. Was updated montly. Lists as Collection Account. Paid off by customer.
I have bank account - (~$220) - In collections from 2004. Updates every 6 months. Posts on national system.

Medical Bill from Hospitol while helping after katrina. (~$800). - In collections. Posts every 3 months on my credit.
Because of the bank account that was overdrawn. I cannot get a bank account anywhere. I can't get anyone to issue me ANY kind of loan.
I know people say bad credit is worse than NO credit. I think it's WAY wrong in my case|||theres a few credit card companys that offer credit cards to bad or NO credit. they have high intrest usually , but give low credit limits and low monthly payments you can try them and see what happens. sometimes you can look online and google bad credit and sometimes theres other things you can do to put all your debts into one account and pay little payments a month....
the credit card companys are ORCHARD BANK and Capital One ..has a card for no credit (thats what I got) ....
